- Attention was paid to the performance characteristics of new technologies and materials, and three new materials – steel, cement, and glass panels – were used to replace traditional materials. In contrast, the “assembled” method of innovation was also used in the architectural approach.
- Emphasis on function as the center of architectural design, the basis of architectural design is logical and scientific, and the efficiency and scientific nature of architectural design is emphasized
- The building structure is based on simple geometric shapes. For example, the building is mainly a six-sided building, with no decoration, and neutral colors.
- Emphasis is placed on the building design cost, putting economic issues into the design as an essential factor to be considered to achieve practicality and economy.
